Duties of the Commission

• To oversee the financial and material administration of the Archdiocese.
• To advise the Archbishop on matters regarding financial policies for the Archdiocese.
• To ensure a sound economy in the Archdiocese - to research into and study ways and means of maintaining and running the Archdiocese on a sound financial basis.
• To control the income and expenditure reports and to produce annual budgets estimates of the Archdiocese.
• To put in place means and ways of mobilizing funds for pastoral activities and its use in Archdiocesan offices of various commissions.
• To Supervise Diocesan buildings and their preservation.
• To Develop and defend the Diocesan lands.
• To oversee launch and develop economic projects for the church and related organization.
• To cater for the welfare of the Church's personnel.
